Lead the execution of complex solution projects in multi businesses with focus to hyperscale data centers; following applicable company polices and process (main one being CPP: Customer Project Process) Lead project team (>5 people) for all involved departments (Project Management, Engineering, Service, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, ...) to ensure full customer satisfaction and financial performance. Drive the coordination and the interface with customers, third parties and other contractors for timely execution of the project from contract award till project closing. As expert in Project Management, deploy and promote best practices and lessons learned toward Project Management community. You manage on process level. You are the link between customer, the technicality and subcontractors. You contribute to the professionalism to the customer projects department within the organisation. Implements and collaborates with the Insurance Department to the insurance claim process in case of loss or damages and participate to negotiation with insurance counterparts. Conducts complex and effective internal contract discussions and negotiation with external customers in providing solutions to meet project contracting needs. Drive project team and support functions via appropriate actions to timely recover customer receivables (payments…) Monitor, control & report project execution status, progress & KPIs. Ensure full & effective reporting to management (reports, project reviews, …). University Master Degree in Engineering Strong Microsoft Office skills, Preferable: SAP skills & bFO skills and quickly adapting to IT programs. Fluent in English Minimum 5 years in Customer Project environment (with Data Center projects as a preference) Strong communication skills, effective in a cross cultural environment to foster collaboration toward a common goal backgrounds
