Role
We are hiring a hands-on CTO to join the founding team and lead architecture, engineering, and technical execution across both products.
You will:
* Own technical direction and product architecture
* Lead and grow the engineering team
* Review code, make architectural decisions, and ship production systems
* Coordinate multiple product tracks across backend services and frontend applications
* Work directly with the Founder & CEO
* Join a beta-ready platform with an existing technical team to coordinate, scale, and evolve
What we need
* Hands-on experience shipping and operating a B2B SaaS product in production
* Proven experience with AI / LLM systems used by paying customers
* Hands-on engineering leadership: writes production code, performs code reviews, and drives architectural decisions
* Strong capability operating in fast-moving startup environments
