Your talent opens opportunities and, together, we open worlds Your Role FAAC Technologies is currently looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer for its headquarters in Zola Predosa, Bologna. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will support the Quality Department in coordinating suppliers and verifying that quality standards are in accordance with company requirements. Key Responsibilities Development, implementation and monitoring standards and/or best practices between plants Perform regular supplier’s audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards Identify quality problems with suppliers and implement corrective actions Monitor corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) Review supplier manufacturing processes and collaborate with suppliers on process improvement Analyze the conformity of mechanical components using measuring instruments Review of supplier quality performance Support the local quality teams of our international plants, e.G. Ireland and Bulgaria and Germany What you need to be successful Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar or related position (Quality control) Knowledge of ISO 19011 Knowledge in analyzing mechanical drawings Experience in using measuring instruments, especially 3D (CMM) will be considered a plus Fluent knowledge of Italian and English Knowledge of PDCA approach Preferred knowledge of PPAP, SPC, Gage R&R Good Problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Availabilty to travel abroad Time to unlock new opportunities?
