Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production plant, ensuring high standards of quality and full compliance with Coordinate production activities within the plant and optimize processes in terms of efficiency and line performance; Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects in collaboration with the HSE Manager; Lead and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs in line with group strategies; Identify critical areas and implement continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives; Contribute to the expansion of business lines in accordance with the needs of specific markets and sectors.
