Educator Role
The Educator is a professional responsible for designing, organizing and managing educational and training services in a socio-educational context for guests.
Main responsibilities:
* Designing and implementing personalized educational programs for guests;
* Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of services;
* Creating opportunities for socialization among guests through collective relationship-building activities;
* Planning and conducting cognitive stimulation activities to improve the abilities of older people;
* Using techniques to prevent discomfort to support guests with special needs;
* Collaborating with other professionals to ensure an integrated response to guest needs.
Required skills:
* Knowledge of group dynamics and effective communication;
* Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other professionals;
* Skills in project planning and management;
* Familiarity with technologies used to support older adults;
* Knowledge of health protocols and company procedures;
* Availability to work on daytime shifts as a full-time employee from Monday to Friday.
