/p h3Job Description /h3 ul liEnsure procurement compliance with company QA/QC requirements (PO/SO validation) /li liPerform receiving inspections of equipment and materials from vendors /li liConduct quality audits of vendors and drilling contractors /li liDefine and enforce technical storage specifications for drilling and wells equipment /li liImplement and maintain Service Quality Plans (SQP) in line with API Q2 and service criticality /li liCoordinate and follow API Q2 audit plans for service contracts /li liOrganize and supervise equipment inspections at contractor locations /li liManage equipment release process prior to rig mobilization (Final Release Note system) /li liImplement and maintain inspection reporting systems (IQ-ALL, IQ-NPT) /li liTrack and manage NPT events, NCRs, and continuous improvement actions /li liSupport failure investigations and root cause analysis (troubleshooting, cause tree analysis) /li liConduct monthly performance reviews with service contractors /li liEnsure service performance monitoring through scorecards and SQM /li liSupport drilling operations with QA/QC expertise and standards compliance /li liProvide monthly reporting on QA/QC performance and improvement actions /li liParticipate in audits of rig management systems and corrective action tracking /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 15 years of experience in Oil Gas /li liAt least 10 years in QA/QC roles /li liMinimum 8 years specifically within drilling activities (OCTG, equipment procurement, service contracts QA/QC) /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of drilling, completion, and well intervention operations /li liSolid understanding of drilling equipment and service operations on rigs /li liLead Auditor certification ISO **** / API Q1 /li liAPI Q2 Practitioner certification /li liExperience with QA/QC systems, audits, and contractor management /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent English (mandatory) /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments /li liLeadership, autonomy, and flexibility /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively /li liAnalytical mindset, rigor, and problem-solving abilities /li liProactive and results-oriented approach /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liSector: Oil Gas /li liLocation: Basilicata, Italy /li liSite: Onshore drilling wells operations (Basilicata region) /li liStart Date: ASAP /li liDuration: 1 year renewable /li liWorking Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
