About the role: Main responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing process parameters to enhance production efficiency and product quality. This includes actively participating in troubleshooting and providing technical support during process deviations. Working closely with cross-functional teams on-site, you will help document best practices and implement improvements aligned with internal standards. Additionally, you will conduct tests and validation procedures for new technologies, ensuring they align with both quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will also include conducting tests and validationsfor adjustments to current processes, ensuring that all changes comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will work on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in production workflows, contributing to the sustainability and overall efficiency of the plant’s operations. Who we are looking for: You will bring your Master's Degreein Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or similar field and your desire to start a brilliant career in the food industry sector! Your proficiency in English at a professional level and your solid knowledge of the Italian language combined with your excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude for collaboration will be the key to perform in this role.
