Your Mission
*
* Lead and inspire a team of 9 people, ensuring excellence in both front and back of house operations.
* Drive performance through passion, accountability, and a culture of ownership.
* Oversee all boutique operations – from KPIs, CRM, and after‑sales to reporting and visual standards.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with SM, Retail, VM, and Buying teams to elevate store performance.
* Analyze sales trends and propose innovative business actions to exceed targets and enhance profitability.
* Act as a true Brand Ambassador, embodying the house values and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your Profile
*
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Concession Manager, or Floor Manager within a Luxury or Premium brand.
* Proven expertise in women's RTW and a deep understanding of luxury clientele expectations.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, coaching, and talent growth.
* Proficient in KPI management, CRM, clienteling, merchandising, and inventory control.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
