The current portfolio best represents our constant pursuit of excellence rooted in respect for tradition, with a strong focus on product quality and innovation. /p h3Regulatory Specialist – San Lazzaro di Savena /h3 pWe are looking for a professional to join our team as a bRegulatory Specialist /b with a permanent contract. In this role you will ensure and maintain compliance of the company system to legal requirements, acting as an intermediary between the needs of the different functions and the authorities. The position operates across both the food and spirits sectors, with responsibility for the Italian market as well as broader European and extra‑European markets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEvaluate current and new products, marketing and promotional materials for compliance with applicable regulations (food law, labeling and advertising) in the regions where marketing wants to distribute them with a global approach. /li liKeep up to date with national and international legislation and guidelines, and update the business on how changes would affect us (e.g., organizing internal workshops). /li liCollaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and QA overseeing the process of replying to technical documentation requests from customers (importers). /li liCollaborate with colleagues involved in new product development. /li liWork with the Regulatory Manager to liaise with regulatory authorities and negotiate for specific authorisations (e.g., product approval). /li liDevelop and write clear arguments and explanations for new product approvals and approval renewals to support the company business. /li liStudy scientific and legal documentation; participate in industry association tables to monitor critical issues for the sector and intervene where necessary (e.g., legislative changes) in collaboration with other associate members. /li liGather, evaluate, organise, manage and collect internal and external information to deliver answers and solutions in due time. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liScientific degree in chemical and pharmaceutical technologies, biotechnology, food technology, or related fields. /li liExperience in food industries oriented to foreign markets, preferably with a wide range of products. /li liAt least 2 years of experience preferably in the same role (alternative QA or RD). /li liFluent in English. /li liIT skills (Office, SAP). /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liAnalytical abilities and attention to detail. /li liNegotiation skills. /li liHigh communication abilities. /li liProblem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to work in a high‑pace environment with clear deadlines. /li liTeam‑working skills and the ability to involve and motivate others. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA dynamic and collaborative environment that values your ideas and promotes innovation. /li liAn internal Academy with a wide range of e‑learning modules and in‑person training sessions to support your professional development. /li liSpaces to socialize, take breaks, and enjoy our premium products. /li liFree access to the company canteen. /li liSmart working up to 32 hours per month. /li /ul pGruppo Montenegro is committed to equality and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for all our employees, consumers, partners, and communities.
