Our interns develop essential business and IT skills by actively supporting projects and programs that enable breakthrough results for Ecolab’s businesses. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liUnder direct supervision you will be responsible for providing support to IT users /li liYou will use basic analysis techniques to troubleshoot and resolve incidents as well as assisting in performing root cause analysis on problems /li liUsing remote control software, you will provide onsite and cross-border support /li liConduct regular interaction with IT users using customer service skills and communication skills /li liWork with other support functions on projects and activities related to IT. /li liLiaise with partners and vendors on IT related user support. Like for example, open incidents with HP support for hardware maintenance. /li liConform with ITIL processes and ensuring that all incidents are addressed efficiently, and proper system logging is maintained. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform basic incident and problem analysis as required to resolve incidents and requests /li liPerform hardware and software change requests as assigned /li liPerform implementation support as required /li liAttend end user meetings as requested to provide local support to users /li liWork with IT and Global support teams to act as a local IT resource as required to ensure regional infrastructure is maintained at a high service availability level /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant area /li liExperience in cybersecurity is a plus /li liExcellent knowledge of English language (verbal written communication).
