Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for providing high-quality analysis, research, and execution support in three main areas: Corporate Strategy, Market and Competitive Intelligence for new Businesses, and Mergers Acquisitions (MA). /ppThe ideal candidate combines strong analytical and business acumen with curiosity, initiative, and a strategic mindset. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliAssist in the formulation, refinement, and communication of short- and long-term corporate strategies. /liliSupport strategic planning cycles with data analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario modeling. /liliDevelop strategic presentations and materials for executive leadership and board-level discussions. /liliTrack progress against strategic objectives and assist in defining KPIs for ongoing monitoring. /li /ulh3Market Competitive Analysis /h3ulliConduct detailed market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats in potential new markets identified by the Strategy. /liliPerform competitive benchmarking and build industry landscape models to inform positioning and strategy. /liliAnalyze customer needs, industry innovations, and business model shifts. /liliTranslate insights into actionable recommendations and strategic implications, building Business Plan and Make or Buy analysis scenarios where needed. /li /ulh3Mergers Acquisitions (MA) Support /h3ulliSupport the MA pipeline through opportunity identification, target screening, and evaluation. /liliConduct preliminary financial and strategic assessments of potential targets, including valuation modeling. /liliAssist in managing due diligence processes in collaboration with internal and external teams. /liliContribute to integration planning and post-deal analysis to measure deal effectiveness. /li /ulh3Cross-functional Collaboration /h3ulliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align on strategic priorities. /liliEngage with external consultants, advisors, and industry experts when needed. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3Education : /h3ulliBachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus). /li /ulh3Experience : /h3ulli2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or similar strategic roles. /liliExposure to MA processes, strategic planning, or market research strongly preferred. /li /ulh3Skills : /h3ulliStrong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex data into clear insights. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and market intelligence tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ). /liliAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /liliCollaborative mindset with a high level of business acumen. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
