About This Opportunity:This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across a complex industrial plant. He/She will be a member of the plant leadership team, acting as a key partner to the Plant Leader and the Regional EHS organization.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in EHS, industrial hygiene, engineering, or science4–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environmentStrong experience with ISO systems and regulatory complianceDemonstrated ability to engage employees and build safety cultureProven experience in risk reduction projects and action plan executionExperience in multinational environments is an advantage
