Involved in control algorithms and software development for Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine driven Compressor and Generator applications, Electric Motors, Reciprocating Compressors and Turboexpanders.Work on activities relevant to Control Systems either for Customer projects or standardization tasks and validation of the relevant solution.Develop Control System Software according to technical specifications, including software coding, validation, and verification to guarantee overall control systems quality before site commissioning.Analyze systematic and timely nonconformities (NCM / CCM) and attend technical meetings with Project Team, Customers and Supplier.Create and maintain Control SW Libraries, foster Control Systems Continuous Improvement processes, implement Lesson Learn (LL) and Corrective / Preventive Actions (CAPA).Support New Product and New Technology introduction in the market, participating as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications
MSc. in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic, Telecommunication, or Automation Engineering.Proficient in industrial PLC programming languages and configuration tools.Sound knowledge of main industrial network communication protocols and standards, and on control system algorithms design and dynamic systems models design.Display knowledge of Advanced Controls Techniques with focus on Model‐based Control.Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others.Be able to work in a multi‐cultural team and be willing to travel worldwide up to 10% of the time for short customer meetings and/or site / test bed support.Fluent in spoken and written English.
