Eurointerim S.p.A., a branch in Rubano, is seeking a professional profile to join the General Secretariat team for a prestigious multinational company operating in the metalworking sector. The role involves :
* Welcoming visitors, providing useful information, and managing check-in / check-out processes.
* Overseeing the main entrance and monitoring access to the premises, including using control systems and video surveillance.
* Managing the telephone switchboard and directing calls.
* Performing secretarial and operational support activities, such as sorting mail, organizing shipments, and making reservations.
* Supporting the Marketing team in managing contacts from general channels.
Skills & Experience
* Good knowledge of main computer programs.
* Knowledge of the English language.
* Registration under art. 1 of Law 68 / 99.
Additional qualities include good interpersonal skills, precision, and seriousness.
* Type of contract : Permanent employment.
* Salary : Based on experience and determined with management.
* Work hours : Full-time.
