In this role, the use of Lean / Six Sigma tools is key in identifying opportunities within any functional area to improve business results. The position reports to the DC Network Operations Manager. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliModel and promote the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values. /liliPositively lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals. /liliBe a change agent - challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements. Motivate others to accept process changes and take ownership. /liliAnalyze and draw information for long-term strategic change and improvement for multiple Distribution Centers. Support team members in the design and implementation of operational improvement strategies for safety, people engagement, cost, quality and productivity. /liliDrive execution of DC Network strategic plans, help set operations improvement goals, ensure priorities and accountabilities are clear. /liliSuccessfully initiate and lead and implement projects assigned. /liliDevelop in-depth understanding of Enterprise Lean Sigma philosophy and methods, demonstrated by successful training and certification in these areas. /liliFocus on improving more complex performance through Lean Sigma (ELS) efforts. /liliEnsure tracking and use of key performance indicators to promote improved operational and business results. /liliTrain, educate, and mentor others in the organization on Lean / Sigma principles. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or related. /liliProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. /lili4 - 5 years project management or related experience.
