This is a hands-on, operational role requiring strong technical autonomy.

You'll be the go-to IT contact on-site, managing everything from user support to local servers and network equipment.

Key Responsibilities Provide daily technical support: troubleshoot hardware/software issues, configure workstations for new hires, resolve printer and connectivity problems Manage and maintain local IT infrastructure: servers, backups, disaster recovery plans, local network equipment Manage IT inventory: PCs, licenses, patches, software versions Create application packages and adapt configurations to local needs Train users on collaborative tools and IT best practices Handle ticket management (assignment, tracking, documentation, closure) Coordinate with local vendors (e.G., telecom providers) for contracts and support Collaborate with Group IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery Profile Sought Technical degree in IT/Computer Science min xysqume 6 years of experience in IT support and/or infrastructure roles Strong knowledge of Windows environments, server administration, and network basics Familiarity with ITIL practices is a strong plus Ability to work autonomously, diagnose issues, and implement solutions independently Structured, proactive, and service-oriented mindset Fluent English required
