We are looking for a Data Governance Specialist (Intern) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the FIELD SERVICE MANAGEMENT (FSM) program — a key initiative enabling the transition to KONE's new Service Management System.
Role Overview
As a Data Governance Specialist intern, you will support activities related to data analysis, validation, and quality assurance, ensuring consistency and integrity across our systems.
After a comprehensive onboarding and training period, you will:
Collaborate with teams across Italy, Iberica, Europe, and KCO to define criteria and standards for Master Data fields, involving relevant business stakeholders.
Analyze data extracted from SAP and verify compliance with KONE requirements.
Coordinate and support data cleansing and correction activities in cooperation with cross-functional colleagues.
Contribute to a smooth deployment of the new FSM tool by ensuring data accuracy and readiness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline (with exposure to statistics and ICT systems).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory).
Knowledge of Microsoft Access and SAP environment is an advantage.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); Italian and/or Spanish are a plus.
