The Director of Human Resources will act as a Business Partner to the General Manager and the leadership team. In conjunction with the Corporate HR team, the role is responsible for ensuring the local HR programme is aligned to business objectives, as well as implementing and leading innovative people focused initiatives and practices throughout the property. The role will advise management team on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, performance management, budget, and labor relations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork closely with the General Manager on the overall People Development strategies of Aman Rosa Alpina /li liEnsure that HR operations policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to and continually improved. /li liManage all activities concerning sourcing and recruitment, performance management, employee discipline and administration. /li liIdentify training needs for all levels/departments in the Resort. /li liDevelop training programmes and initiatives in line with Aman Service Standards and Experiences. /li liEnsure the compensation and benefits are aligned to the luxury market. /li liEnsure employee grievances and disciplinary procedures are monitored and follow the correct procedure. /li liLead the implementation of employee recognition schemes. /li liBe responsible for the accurate maintenance of information used in the HR information system including payroll, personal details, leaves and attendance. /li liSupervise and coordinate all matters of colleague accommodation, facilities and transport. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven background and progression in Human Resources with a minimum experience of 5 years in the current level of Director of Human Resources, preferably in hospitality. /li liUniversity degree or Diploma in HR Management is desirable. /li liKnowledge of local employment law. /li liExperience in Learning and Development is an advantage. /li liHighly skilled in problem analysis and solving and decision making. /li liMust possess strategic vision and be able to think outside the box. This role involves questioning current practices and working with stakeholders to establish better ways of working for gaps identified. /li liAbility to lead, motivate and develop colleagues. /li liMust possess strong communication and listening skills.
