The Pre-Sales Engineer will drive the technical support and applications of VRF systems and other light commercial AC during the sales process.
You will be responsible for producing all technical aspects of tender responses and written customer proposals.
Occasionally, you will demonstrate or present HVAC solutions to customers.
You will work closely with the entire technical team to ensure a comprehensive plan is in place to achieve technical and sales objectives.
A key part of your role is to ensure customer or consultant satisfaction by reviewing and interpreting their requirements and delivering complex technical sales proposals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Present HVAC technical solutions to customers and consultants.
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with consultants, technical engineers from distributors or contractors.
* Learn the products and train the sales team on selling points.
* Conduct competitive product analysis and provide feedback on product demands as the local market product manager.
* Support the sales team with product promotion, attend technical seminars and events.
YOU MUST HAVE
* At least two years of work experience in the HVAC industry, or recent college graduate.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
