We’re looking for an IT support for our Dubai office with the following tasks:
* Providing 1st and eventually 2nd level IT support to users in the Dubai office
* Managing, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets from all company locations
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
* Managing user accounts (Active Directory / Microsoft 365)
* Providing basic network support (switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi)
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Supporting Windows client and server environments
* Coordinating with HQ IT team in Italy for escalations, projects, and IT policies
* Maintaining IT asset inventory and technical documentation
* Conditions: as per UAE labour law standard contract
