This position will be based in Molfetta, Italy.
Relocation from Italy or traveling three times a week is encouraged (travel expenses will be covered). The client’s office is very close to the airport in Molfetta.
A company car may be available for commute in Molfetta.

Job Summary:
As the VP of Product Italy, you will provide a product vision based on insights into users and markets, working with other teams to build SaaS solutions supported by deep industry knowledge.
You will play a key role in fostering a culture of rapid delivery and iteration based on testing, measurement, and feedback.
You must know how to build reliable, scalable cloud systems and work closely with engineering teams to realize an ambitious technical vision.
Your responsibilities:
* Define the vision for the Italian Poly-Ambulatory platform;
* Manage the Italian Product and UX team;
* Align and adapt strategy with senior management and segment managing director;
* Build and manage the roadmap for all Italian AIS products;
* Collaborate with UX and developers to design and launch new features;
* Gather customer feedback to improve the platform and plans;
* Identify key innovations to support our products;
* Work with European peers to identify shared opportunities;
* Ensure legal compliance for product introduction to the market;
* Create and implement business plans to build a sustainable business;
* Support sales during the presales phase of large projects;
* Seek opportunities to scale the product development process.
