Experteer OverviewAs a Small Leather Goods Designer at Gucci, you contribute to creating and developing men’s and women’s small leather goods, from mini bags to belts and accessories. You translate brand identity into innovative design proposals that balance aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility, aligned with seasonal direction. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and consistency across development, fittings, and presentations. This role offers impact on product direction and opportunities to influence both collections and fashion-show storytelling, within a fast‑paced luxury environment.

* Research inspirations via archives, vintage references, materials, and external sources
* Maintain continuous communication with internal stakeholders during design and development
* Support preparation of internal presentations and collection materials
Responsibilities
* Hands on approach and understanding of 3D mockups
* Strong knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite, CAD, or equivalent)
* Ability to develop creative sketches, renders and technical drawings
* Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and product development processes
* Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensitivity
* Attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with technical constraints
* Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
* Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Fluent in English
