Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beverage management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire bar operation, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

* They will also be proficient in analyzing documents, calculating figures, and navigating computer software.
Responsibilities:
* Direct and supervise bar staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including USPH rules.
* Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
* At least 5 years of managerial experience in beverage management on a cruise ship.
* Supervisory experience with at least 30 employees.
* Knowledge of beverage brands and quality control.
* Ability to manage international staff and provide customer service.
* Proficiency in analyzing documents and calculating figures.
* Familiarity with USPH rules.
Language Requirements:
* Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with guests.
* Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, etc.
