Ph3Job Description /h3 pWithin the PC Facultative Reinsurance, Claims and Services function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting in the empowerment all Group Companies and especially GCC to purchase the optimum level of facultative reinsurance capacity within a specific agreed framework in line with Group Reinsurance Policy and relevant applicable Guidelines /li liActing wisely in the mitigation of the Counterparty Credit Risk for cessions to Professional Reinsurers, Co-Reinsurance, Captive, Fronting also recommending and assessing the right Collateral solutions (Letter of Credit, Parental Guarantee, Cash/Share/Pledge Account) to mitigate the risk /li liContributing to structure, coordinate, implement and monitor scalable Facultative Obligatory Reinsurance Solutions for the Group Business Units with Professional Reinsurers /li liEnhancing business relationship with main international Reinsurers and Brokers seeking best innovative facultative reinsurance solution to achieve profitable growth goals /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Law or any related field /li liMinimum 2 years of professional experience in insurance or reinsurance underwriting (exposure to multiple lines of business and/or international business and facultative experience is a plus /li liProficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus) /li liKnowledge of Office 365 applications /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liTarget oriented, willing to innovate, able to implement technical initiatives through the organization /li liStrong technical and commercial skills /li liDiplomatic, strong communicator, able to interact with both internal and external stakeholders, open and active listener /li liOpenness to innovation /li /ul h3Company Profile /h3 pGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
