Director of Rooms This luxury 5-star property is looking for a Director of rooms. The Director of Rooms is a strategic and operational leader responsible for managing the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams. With a direct team of 4 and broader oversight of room division operations, this role plays a central part in delivering an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure, with a consistent focus on wellness, sustainability, and emotional hospitality. This position is part of the Executive Committee and reports jointly to the General Manager and Director of Operations. Oversee the performance and daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations departments Ensure guest experiences reflect the brand's pillars of well-being, sustainability, and personalized service Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a highly motivated and service-driven team Implement operational strategies that support energy conservation, reduced waste, and wellness-oriented service delivery Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements as needed Maintain close collaboration with all departments, especially Spa, F&B;, and Engineering, to ensure seamless guest service Oversee departmental budgets, productivity, and staffing levels with a focus on efficiency and quality Represent the Rooms Division in strategic discussions at the Executive Committee level 3–5 years of experience in a leadership position within a well-structured, international hotel group, preferably in Italy ~ Strong operational knowledge of luxury hotel Rooms Division functions ~ Experience leading both Front Office and Housekeeping teams in a 5-star environment ~ Fluent in Italian and English ; additional languages are highly desirable ~ Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and innovative guest service ~ Director of Rooms If you would like to have more information about the role, please apply or send your cv to maria@corecruitment.Get social……
