Main Responsibilities
- Management of the payroll process for Company employees;
- Interfacing with external consultants for the preparation of employee payroll; including information relating to contributions and taxes;
- Management of hiring, transformation and termination procedures for employment relationships, including accident and maternity procedures;
- Management of monthly obligations required by law (F24, UNIEMENS, supplementary pension funds, health funds) and INAIL self-liquidation;
- Annual compilation of mod. 770 regarding the tax withholding agent;
- Preparation of Employment Contracts;
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the role;
- Knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanico is a plus;
- Proficiency using MS Excel;
Education
Master's Degree in Economics, Law or similar.
