Role Purpose: Manage the team responsible of network sites rental leases, including new acquisitions, renegotiations, space increases or upgrades, program management of projects with rental opex impact and the overall contractual life cycle management. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Contain rental spending - Define and monitoring right rental cost per site - Ensure right and tempestive flow from contract signing - NIS - SAP/EVO Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Program management - Negotiations skills - Knowledge of network equipment and installation methods - Opex budgeting - Analytical skills Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Master degree in Engineering (Telecommunication or Electronic or Electric or Informatic preferably)
