A rapidly growing online marketplace operating in the adult entertainment industry, with a global footprint and a central office in Nicosia, Cyprus is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an experienced and detailed-oriented Finance Operations Manager to join their team. The company’s platform supports a complex ecosystem of international financial flows, creator payouts, online payment processing, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will lead and own the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensure the integrity of financial data, manage creator payouts, coordinate tax workflows, and support broader finance and compliance functions This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a background in fintech, EMIs, or marketplaces, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee daily creator payouts and ensure timely, accurate financial reconciliations (bank, PSP, wallet)
2. Manage month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy in general ledger reporting
3. Handle PSP (Payment Service Provider) operations and online payment infrastructure
4. Maintain and improve financial systems, ensuring data integrity and scalability
5. Coordinate compliance and international tax workflows in collaboration with legal and external advisors
6. Implement and monitor vendor and cost controls to support budgeting and spend management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
7. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or in any other related field
8. Minimum 2 years of experience at an Electronic Money Institution (EMI)
9. 2–3 years in external auditing, preferably with exposure to technology, FinTech, or marketplace clients
10. Strong track record in hands-on financial reconciliation, GL discipline, and month-end close
11. Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Highly structured, analytical, and detail-oriented with a proactive ownership mindset
