The description below reflects the responsibilities and scope of the EHS Specialist role as provided. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCarry out activities necessary to ensure the site’s compliance with mandatory and/or voluntary environmental and safety regulations. /li liMinimize risks related to hygiene, health, and safety of workers and reduce the environmental impact of company activities, under the coordination and guidance of the EHS Manager (RSPP) and the Employer. /li liObtain and maintain certifications and necessary compliance authorizations related to environment and safety (e.g., Legislative Decree 81/08), in collaboration with the EHS Manager and following Corporate guidance. /li liCoordinate with the Occupational Health Physician for risk assessments related to job tasks and the health surveillance protocol, in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08. /li liCollaborate with internal functions to define specific risk minimization programs based on risk analysis of activities and substances. /li liPropose and implement actions for accident prevention and corrective actions for workstations to minimize risk; report status to the EHS Manager. /li liOrganize staff training related to risks, prevention programs, and environmental and safety procedures in coordination with HR. /li liAdapt Corporate policies and company communications regarding EHS in line with local legislation. /li liReport site EHS performance to Corporate and coordinate internal and external audits (internal audits, authority audits, certification bodies, and Corporate-appointed audits). /li liConduct internal inspections with HR and supervisors to verify staff compliance with health and safety regulations. /li liEnsure behavior aligns with the Company’s Social Responsibility principles and apply measures for non-compliance per relevant Policy. /li liComply with environmental and safety regulations as prescribed by Italian law (e.g., Consolidated Law provisions) and internal procedures. /li liAdapt Corporate policies according to the Employer, Italian legislation, and GDPR (in consultation with privacy and HR functions). /li /ul h3Notes on the Company Values and Benefits /h3 pWe don’t just build the world, we build innovative technology too.
