We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Spa Manager
to lead the wellness operations of a prestigious
5-star Hotel in Venice
. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, exceptional leadership skills, and a genuine passion for holistic wellbeing and guest care.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily operations of the Spa, ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
· Perform and supervise treatments in accordance with established protocols and brand standards.
· Ensure that all treatment rooms, products, and equipment are maintained in perfect condition and comply with cleanliness and presentation guidelines.
· Drive retail performance by promoting aftercare products and achieving the targets defined by the Rooms Division Manager.
· Prepare and optimize the Spa schedule to maximize productivity and guest experience.
· Lead, motivate, and support the Spa team through training, coaching, and performance management.
· Develop and implement Spa promotions and partnerships in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
· Manage stock levels, monitor inventory of consumables, products, and linens, and ensure timely procurement.
Il tuo profilo
Desired Skills and Experience
· Minimum of
5 years of experience
in luxury hospitality, preferably in a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager role.
· Excellent command of
English and Italian
, both written and spoken.
· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
· Impeccable grooming, professional appearance, and a refined sense of hospitality.
· In-depth understanding of guest care, holistic wellness, and five-star service standards.
