Join the Original Equipment Sales Operations Team and immerse yourself in a dynamic environment. From day one, you will gain hands‑on experience and grow your skills in new business evaluation on the Original Equipment channel at a global level.
What You Will Learn
* Support the Original Equipment Sales Operations Team with technical feasibility and profitability assessment of new opportunities and new project evaluations, tender evolution, and financial modelling and profitability analysis.
* Develop and report KPIs and analyses for Global Original Equipment homologations.
* Provide business insights and ad‑hoc analysis for the top management, focusing on new OEM market trends such as electric vehicles.
* Monitor new opportunities during development phases, focusing on project milestones from R&D activity to the start of supply.
* Facilitate digital transformation by increasing new tools implementation and adoption (IBP and CRM OE).
What We Are Looking For
* Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
* Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent analytical skills with a proactive and curious approach.
* Fluency in English at least C1 level.
* Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and to meet challenging targets.
* Balanced view of big picture and details.
* Highest standard of accuracy and precision, combined with good sense of prioritization.
