Ph3DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE /h3 pThe Global Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer Specialist, reporting to Global Visual Merchandising Director, supports the Global Visual Merchandising team in the creation and execution of visual merchandising materials for Bata stores worldwide. /p pThe role combines, with an initial fixed term contract of 12 months, daily graphic work on VM guidelines and presentations with the development of visual proposals for window displays and product presentation layouts, supporting store implementation across international markets. /p pThe position operates within a global and multicultural environment, collaborating with regional and local teams. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liSupport the Global Marketing Manager in developing and planning global brand communication campaigns /li liConduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform brand strategies and refine consumer understanding /li liTranslate insights into actionable recommendations for brand positioning, storytelling, and retail activation /li liSupport go-to-market (GTM) plans and marketing playbooks for regional teams /li liCollaborate with regions to adapt brand initiatives to local needs while ensuring global consistency /li liWork with Visual Merchandising teams and retail partners to increase brand visibility, elevate in-store experience, and drive footfall /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, supply chain, product and merchandising) to execute marketing campaigns /li liBuild strong relationships with retail activation, advertising, and production agencies to ensure excellence in execution /li liSupport the rollout of global marketing projects across priority markets /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar /li li1 - 2 years of experience in graphic design (experience in retail or visual merchandising is a plus) /li liGood layout and composition skills /li liExperience in window display design, product presentation layouts, and basic 2D/3D visualization is a plus /li liAdobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) /li liBasic knowledge of SketchUp or similar visualization tools is a plus /li liKnowledge using AI tools to support graphic development and visual content creation is highly appreciated /li liComfortable working in an international environment /li /ul h3KEY COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liStructured way of working /li liAbility to support multiple projects simultaneously /li liTeam collaboration mindset /li liAbility to work with suppliers and external consultants /li liInterest in retail and visual merchandising /li liCuriosity and openness toward new digital and AI-based creative tools /li /ul h3LOCATION /h3 ul liLimena, Italy (PD) /li liPossibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
