Manage the daily operations of the spare parts warehouse, accurate stock control, timely deliveries, and excellent support to customers, service teams, and dealers
Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
Ensure spare parts are correctly identified, labelled, stored, and traceable within the warehouse
Process inbound and outbound spare parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate parts shipments, deliveries, returns, and warranty claims with internal teams and stakeholders
Manage spare parts sales, quotations, customer orders, and returns processes
Liaise with Chinese HQ to secure parts availability, lead times, and urgent requests
Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse layout, stock accuracy, and operational efficiencyYour profile
Previous experience in spare parts warehouse management, or parts coordination
Experience within construction machinery, earthmoving equipment, material handling, OEM, or industrial sectors is highly preferred
Good understanding of spare parts operations, warehouse processes, and inventory management
Ability to manage priorities, and proactive attitude with problem-solving skills
Good English language skills
