Data Management & Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain pipelines to collect, clean, transform, and store data from multiple sources (PostgreSQL, Firestore, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
Data Modeling & Transformation: Normalize and structure raw data into analysis-ready models using SQL and transformation frameworks (e.g., Analysis & Reporting: Provide clear business insights by building dashboards and reports with Excel, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and BI platforms, ensuring metrics are consistent and well-documented.
Develop Python scripts and tools to automate repetitive data preparation, validation, and reporting tasks.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience managing and optimizing workflows in AWS (e.g., Ability to suggest and implement best practices for scalable, maintainable, and collaborative data infrastructure.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 3+ years in a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst or similar role.
Database Skills: Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firestore, DynamoDB, …).
Programming: Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
Data Analysis: Experience in data cleaning, normalization, and visualization.
Data Modeling: Experience designing scalable data models and architectures.
