NTU International is an international consulting company providing advisory and programme management services for governments and international organisations. We work extensively with EU institutions and development partners on policy, digital transformation, and public sector reform initiatives.
NTU is currently leading a consortium under a Multiple Framework Contract with the European Commission focused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation. To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool of Policy Evaluation and Impact Assessment experts across the European Union.
Assignments under the framework may include activities such as:Policy evaluation and programme monitoring;Impact assessments of digital policies and initiatives;Development of monitoring frameworks and indicators;Comparative studies and benchmarking across EU Member States;Research and analytical support to policy development.
Profile RequirementsWe are particularly interested in experts with:8+ years of experience in policy evaluation, impact assessment, or programme monitoringExperience working with EU institutions, international organisations, or national public administrationsExpertise in monitoring and evaluation methodologies or policy analysisStrong analytical and research skills with experience producing evaluation reports or studiesAdvanced degree in economics, public policy, statistics, or related fieldsFluency in English is required. Additional EU languages are an asset.
