The Schools & College Operations Supervisor involves overseeing the operational delivery of the Schools & College package in Aosta / Pila.
They are the team leader to the Schools & College Co-ordinators, both full-time and part-time, to assist with questions, support, and team welfare.
The Schools & College Operations Supervisor will receive planning information from the Schools & College Planning Supervisor, with whom they will need to maintain a strong working relationship.
They will meet and greet party leaders and clients daily, liaising with them to ensure smooth operations throughout the week.
The Schools & College Operations Supervisor will motivate, support, and monitor the Schools & College Co-ordinators, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and deliver the Interski product to high standards, providing ongoing training throughout the season.
They will visit hotels and après-ski events to ensure supplier satisfaction and that Interski standards are upheld.
The Supervisor will also monitor the Schools & College WhatsApp group.
Supervisors are expected to remain available to their team and clients at all times, primarily via phone, to provide support and guidance, attending in person if necessary, regardless of the time.
Given the seasonal nature of the role, team members are expected to work up to five months with one scheduled day off per week. The work can be long and physically demanding, often in varying weather conditions. We value resilience, a positive mindset, and a proactive approach to maintaining wellbeing throughout the season.

* Monitoring the delivery and performance of the Co-ordinators through hotel visits and attendance at various meetings and check points
* Attending at least one evening après event

The full-time Schools & College School Operations Supervisor role is based in the Aosta Valley, Italy, with duties in Aosta / Pila and occasional requirements in La Thuile, Courmayeur, and Gressoney.
The Holidays Co-ordinators support the Ski Holidays market in La Thuile & Courmayeur, while the Holidays Supervisor oversees the operation across all resorts, including Aosta / Pila, ensuring smooth delivery of services for adult groups, families, solo travelers, and corporate groups.
