We have bold ambitions to digitalize our business and automate customer plants globally. /ppThe position is permanent and can be based in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy. /ph3What You Will Do /h3pAs a Technical Product Owner, you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for creating Automation and Digital solutions for our customers. You’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and agile development teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with strategic goals. /ppYou’ll be part of a cross-functional team of Technical Product Owners, System and Solution Architects, and Lead UX Researchers, based in Italy and Sweden. Together, we refine business requirements into actionable development plans, optimize solutions for cost, security, quality, and speed, and stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. /ppWe’re a diverse and dynamic team that thrives on collaboration across geographical boundaries. We challenge each other constructively, embrace open feedback, and are committed to continuous learning and growth. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliAlign Automation and Digital infrastructure, architecture and UX with key stakeholders across the company. /liliEnsure consistent evolution aligned with industry trends and competitive analysis. /liliIdentify, propose, and drive early innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliCollaborate with Business Owners and Program Managers to define product components, technologies and roadmaps that drive customer satisfaction. /liliWork closely with architects and other functions to identify and agree on architecture, interfaces, and integration. /liliGather and manage stakeholder, customer, and consumer requirements; define epics, features, and acceptance criteria. /liliLead technical documentation efforts /li /ulh3We believe you have /h3ulli5+ years of experience with a strong technical background in Automation Digital, focusing on product definition and architecture. /liliSolid understanding of industrial cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure practices. /liliProven track record as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment. /liliStrong communication and influencing skills across cultural boundaries. /liliAbility to engage with senior leaders and contribute to strategic discussions. /liliExperience of agile methodology for software development /liliFluency in English, verbal and written is a must /liliMaster’s degree in engineering or computer science /li /ulh3Bonus Points /h3ulliExperience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and industrial automation. /liliFamiliarity with containerized development and Kubernetes /liliProficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar. /liliHands-on software development and deployment experience. /liliUnified namespace /li /ulpTo thrive in this role, you’ll need strong collaboration and influencing skills to navigate a matrix organization and work effectively with external partners.
