Ottico / a abilitato full time for the corner located inside the Fuentes di Piantedo shopping center in Piantedo, province of Sondrio.
Responsibilities
* Perform vision controls and consultation regarding contact lenses.
* Provide customers with the best advice when choosing the most suitable products for their needs.
* Manage the daily activities of the store with the highest professionalism and according to company procedures.
* Process returns, orders, shipments, payments and any complaints professionally.
Qualifications
* Experience, even brief, in a retail context or a role in contact with the public.
* High commercial sensitivity and ability to care for customers and their needs.
* Excellent relationship and communication skills.
* Fast learner and comfortable in a dynamic work environment where teamwork is practiced.
