The Role
The Bar Manager coordinates all F&B; activities and bar staff, during regular service as well as performances and private events. The Bar Manager oversees the menu offering — in collaboration with the Head Barista for the coffee program and the Head Bartender for the cocktail menu—managing orders, suppliers, inventory, and staff scheduling.

Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule work shifts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Manage menu offerings, oversee inventory, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Motivate and support the team, managing new permanent or temporary hires as needed.
- Be a constant presence during service to ensure high standards and observe operational trends and dynamics.
- Regularly analyze sales and cost data (daily, weekly, monthly) to provide useful insights to theater management.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure proper implementation of HACCP procedures
- Contribute to or directly manage social media profiles
- Cover extra shifts in the event of holidays or absences
- Test new products and recipes to evolve and update the menu
Experience Requested
- At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the bar or hospitality industry
- Experience in Rome is essential; international experience is appreciated
- Familiarity with Italian administrative regulations and employment contracts in the sector
- Knowledge and sensitivity to high-quality Italian and local F&B; products

Pay: From €1,750.00 per month
