Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and optimize CAM programs for complex turbomachinery components, collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability and process robustness. You will define machining strategies to boost productivity while reducing costs, and support the introduction of new products and technologies. You will analyze performance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain clear process documentation. The position sits within the Manufacturing Engineering function at a center of excellence that leverages advanced tooling and automation to push precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent technical background
* Proven experience in CAM programming for multi‑axis CNC machines (e.g., 5‑axis milling, mill‑turn)
* Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam, or similar)
* Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
* Fluent in English and Italian
