You’ll operate at the heart of a matrixed, international procurement function whereby you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and regional category leaders to ensure alignment and value creation.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for Advisory and IT Professional Services.
* Drive category strategy for your allotted spend area whilst ensuring alignment with both local business needs and global procurement objectives.
* Partner with business leaders to understand demand, manage risk, and ensure optimal delivery of services supporting client-facing projects.
* Negotiate and manage key supplier agreements, balancing cost, quality, and compliance.
* Champion best practice procurement processes and governance, ensuring consistency across regions.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor, someone who is confident to challenge, influence, and drive strategic outcomes.
Desired Experience
* Proven experience in Procurement or Category Management, ideally within Advisory and IT Professional Services, Consultancy, or Indirect.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to delivery and problem‑solving.
* Strong understanding of sourcing frameworks, supplier performance management, and contract governance.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
