Our client is looking for talented Sales Assistants to join their team! If you are passionate about fashion, enjoy working with people, and want to help us provide top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you.
You must speak Italian and already be based in Milan. No sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers, providing an excellent shopping experience
* Handle customer queries and offer tailored product recommendations
* Maintain the store’s visual merchandising and ensure shelves are well-stocked
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets
* Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals
* Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
* Assist in managing stock levels and store displays
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar retail role
* Full time and part time
* Strong communication skills, with a good level of English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Enthusiasm for customer service and teamwork
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Flexibility in working hours, including weekends
* Passion for fashion and retail trends
