What You Can Expect Assist in planning, executing, and reconciling logistics for events (virtual, physical, or hybrid), sales & marketing meetings, and congresses. Develop an understanding of the events environment and the skills needed to organize events from start to finish. Prepare event budgets, conduct research, and analyze post-event activities. Support the design, facilitation, and implementation of educational experiences for healthcare professionals. How You'll Create Impact Organize and participate in developing meeting goals under MedTech Europe guidelines and Zimmer Biomet compliance. Assist in planning for events and booth development for congresses. Prepare preliminary, working, and final budgets. Negotiate contracts with vendors such as hotels, conference centers, and production companies. Manage technology vendors for digital events, including setup and registration. Focus on on-site execution to enhance customer experience. Ensure event outcomes align with corporate goals and objectives. Develop event materials, manage F&B, schedules, manifests, BEOs, housing lists, and participant registration through CVENT. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, including senior management and healthcare professionals. Handle post-event duties such as invoicing, expense analysis, and reporting. Work directly with educators, delegates, and marketing teams to deliver event plans. Assist with administrative processes related to engagement orders and financials. Conduct learning needs analysis and evaluate instructional effectiveness. Communicate effectively with project collaborators to meet goals. What Makes You Stand Out Education: Degree or certification in meeting/congress planning or related fields. Experience: 3-5 years in meeting and congress planning, or a combination of education and experience. Expertise: Proficiency with relevant software and ability to achieve strategic goals. Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Your Background Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Customer service and team management focus. Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems proactively. Successful track record in education management roles. Knowledge of relevant business areas is advantageous.
