As an International Sales Manager, you'll meet the people making change happen—ministers, CEOs, innovators—and you'll be the bridge between them and our global audien
ce.
What You'll Experie
nce: Live internationally—your project assignment will take you to a new part of the
worldLead and attend sales meetings with top executives and government le
adersBuild real, lasting relationships with clients across indus
triesRepresent The Energy Year at key energy summits, exhibitions, and business f
orumsDeliver sales campaigns and strategic communication projects with measurable re
sultsNegotiate high-value advertising and partnership
dealsManage a full project cycle, becoming our on-the-ground connector in your m
arket
What We're Lookin
g For: A background in international business, communications, economics or related
fieldsFull-time availability to travel and relocate internat
ionallyStrong social instincts—you're a good communicator, great listener, and relationship-
builderThe confidence to lead conversations and close deals with high-level profes
sionalsSelf-drive, independence, and adaptability in new envir
onmentsFluent in English (other languages like Spanish, French, or Portuguese are
a plus)1–3 years of relevant experience (open to sharp, motivated recent
grads)
