Reporting to the TSS Team Leader, the Technical Sales Support Engineer is a key point of contact for both customers and salesforce and provide techical support both for domestic and foreign colleagues.
Main Activities
* Doing technical specification analysis and product selection
* Doing technical proposal
* Providing technical documentation
* Bearing and gears calculation in the proposal phase
* Drive unit components analysis, selection and pricing
* Preparing general assembly drawings
* Updating project time schedule
* Supporting other members of the sales team by training them on the product applications
Education
* Degree in Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering
Requirements
* English - good knowledge
* Strong mechanical skills
* 2D-3D technical drawing
* Microsoft Office - good knowledge
* Job experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar position
* Research and analytical skills
* Organizational skills
* Proactivity
* Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients and relay this to colleagues
