The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, aims to meet sales targets, and provides excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Supporting sales and visual merchandising
* Team support and development (training, coaching)
* Back-office tasks (reporting, planning, stock management, loss prevention)

Qualifications / Profile
* Experience in a similar leadership role
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Passion for the brand and fashion retail
* Strong communication skills for positive interaction with team and clients
