Senior product owner - mobility

Uta Edenred is a leading mobility service provider operating across more than 40 countries in Europe. We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to manage and evolve our digital products, including mobile applications and a customer portal.

In this role you will be the key point of reference for the entire product lifecycle—from gathering requirements and prioritizing features to delivering releases and monitoring performance. You will collaborate with technical teams, external vendors and international stakeholders in an Agile environment.

• Act as primary contact for all initiatives related to the company's digital products.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and prioritized functional requirements.
• Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Define and drive the product roadmap from discovery through delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, UX/UI designers, QA teams and technology partners to ensure product delivery.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
• Coordinate external vendors and technology partners, monitoring delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address potential issues.
• Support testing, validation and release activities for new features and enhancements.
• Analyze user feedback, product performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders in Italy, France and Germany.

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product‑focused role within digital environments.
• Proven experience managing digital products, mobile apps, web platforms and/or customer portals.
• Strong technical understanding of development processes, APIs and system integration.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Hands‑on experience managing Product Backlogs, roadmaps and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Familiarity with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or comparable platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset, leveraging metrics and KPIs for decision‑making.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Permanent contract under CCNL Commercio.
• Annual gross salary starting from €40,000, plus performance bonus.
