We are looking for a highly motivated Transportation Specialist to support our growing operations in Italy.Role OverviewThe Transportation Specialist will manage daily transportation operations, coordinate with carriers, optimize shipping performance, and support cross-border logistics between Europe and China. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate domestic and international transportation activities, ensuring on-time and cost-efficient delivery.Manage relationships with carriers, logistics partners, and internal teams.Monitor transportation KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Support cross-border logistics, compliance, and customs documentation.Analyze transportation data to identify optimization opportunities.Handle issue resolution regarding delays, damages, or exceptions.Collaborate with teams in China and Europe to support overall supply chain operations.
