With a first resort inaugurated on the west shores of Ibiza in 2018 and an upcoming resort in the north-east of Sardinia, 7Pines Hotels & Resorts offer a winning combination of laid-back luxury and stylish atmosphere in glamorous locations.

The name 7Pines originates from the birthplace of the brand: Ibiza. When the Ancient Greeks first discovered the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, they baptized them Pityuses, literally “pine covered islands”. Ever since, Ibiza has been referred to as the “Pine Island”. So when our first resort was in its development stage, in a location surrounded by pine trees, the name of 7Pines naturally arose to pay tribute to the laid-back lifestyle and enjoyment of life so deeply rooted in Ibiza.

For the upcoming 2025 summer season, 7Pines Resort is seeking a FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR.

Previous experience in similar facilities or more generally in the hotel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
* Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest requests and phone calls.
* Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service and resolve any problems or complaints.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and room assignments.
* Supervise, train and coach front desk staff.
* Ensure that all front office equipment and supplies are maintained and in good working order.
* Keep current on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or related role.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
* Language: English (Required).
