We are looking for a senior professional with proven experience in the Italian real estate market — someone who can guide us through the full process: property sourcing, bank financing, legal setup, and management.
This is a key leadership position for someone ready to build and lead a growing real estate portfolio under a new company structure.
Your Mission
You will act as our local real estate & financing manager, helping to establish our company presence in Italy and managing all stages of investment:
Identify and evaluate multi-family and investment properties.
Advise on the best legal and financial structure for purchases.
Coordinate with banks for loan applications, mortgages, and financing.
Oversee communication with notaries, surveyors, and legal advisors.
Manage relationships with agents, tenants, and property managers.
Ensure all operations comply with Italian real estate regulations.
Requirements:
Licensed Agente Immobiliare (registered with the Chamber of Commerce).
Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate investment, brokerage, or property financing.
Deep understanding of Italian mortgage processes and bank financing.
Experience dealing with foreign investors is a strong advantage.
Based in or near Padova / Abano Terme (Veneto region).
Fluent in Italian; English proficiency required.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and lead projects.

Requisiti
Licenza da Agente Immobiliare (iscritto alla Camera di Commercio).
Almeno 7 anni di esperienza nel settore immobiliare o finanziario.
Conoscenza approfondita dei mutui e dei finanziamenti immobiliari in Italia.
Esperienza con investitori stranieri è un plus importante.
Residenza a Padova / Abano Terme o zone limitrofe.
Italiano e inglese fluente.
Mentalità imprenditoriale e capacità di lavorare in autonomia.
